Building the platform two partners run on
A B2B roadside platform I built from zero. 900+ dealership service centers across two OEM partnerships, $4M new annual revenue, Standing Ovation Award.

I have been lucky to build at both ends of the spectrum, from zero to one and for millions of people. Today I lead a portfolio of six products at Allstate serving more than 18 million customers across the full claims lifecycle, and I try to stay close to the part that is moving fastest, helping put agentic AI to work on real claims with proper governance behind it. The scale is the easy thing to point to. What I care about more is what a product does for the business, and for the customer, after it ships.
A lot of that came from building businesses rather than just features, often by learning the hard way. I co-founded a recruitment marketplace and carried its P&L, pricing, and go-to-market from zero to one. Earlier I was the fifth person at Jugnoo, where we grew a delivery business from nothing to 2,000 orders a day and worked toward a 5 million dollar Series A. At Schlumberger I helped build a platform that opened up a 100 million dollar opportunity pipeline. Different industries, different users, different business models, and one habit that stuck: try to own the outcome, not just the output.
It has also shaped how I think about the work. It is easy to treat shipping as the finish line, when really it is the start. A launch is the moment the useful questions begin. Did it move the number. Did it lower the cost. Did it earn the customer's trust. Did it hold up under scrutiny. I try to build for those answers. I bring AI in where it genuinely helps rather than because it is in fashion, I look after the data and the economics that everything downstream depends on, and I keep a human in the loop where the stakes call for it. Mostly I have learned to lead through earned trust and good judgment, which tends to travel further than any title.

Multi-agent system on Google ADK, replacing a fax- and email-based process handling roughly 10,000 claims a month. MVP delivered, with governance built in.
